1. Subscription Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan and billing period you select.

• At the end of each Subscription Period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Subscription fees must be paid with a valid credit or debit card. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of service.

2. Access and Benefits

• An active subscription grants you access to premium platform features, rendering credits, project file management tools, community resources, and support.

• You may purchase additional credits at any time; these will retain subscription-level benefits for as long as your subscription remains active.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

• Architect Render does not provide refunds or credit for partially used subscription periods or unused accounts, as access to services is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Price Changes and Notifications

• Subscription prices may change over time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

• Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

5. Trial and Promotional Subscriptions

• Trial or promotional offers are subject to these subscription rules unless otherwise stated.

6. Subscription and Project File Manager Access

• If you purchase Project File Manager access ($4.99/year) and later subscribe to a paid plan, your first month’s subscription will be discounted by $4.99.

• Your Project File Manager subscription will be automatically cancelled once your main subscription begins to prevent duplicate charges.

7. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your subscription account credentials.

• Notify Architect Render immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

8. Termination

• Architect Render reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for violation of these rules or other platform terms.
