Architect Render Plan Guidelines

Architect Render offers a range of flexible subscription plans and pay-as-you-go Flex credit options to meet the needs of architects, designers, and real estate professionals. Below are the essential details to help you select and manage your plan effectively.

Subscription Plans

  • Plan Options: Choose from a variety of subscription tiers to access premium AI-powered rendering, interior/exterior visualization, virtual staging, project file management, and community resources.

  • Recurring Access: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your subscription renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

  • Included Credits: Each plan includes a set number of rendering credits per billing period, with the ability to purchase additional credits as needed. Additional credits maintain all subscription benefits while your subscription is active.

  • Revisions: Each rendering through a subscription includes up to 5 free revisions per project.

  • Project File Management: Active subscribers have access to the Project File Manager at no additional cost. If you previously purchased Project File Manager separately, your first month’s subscription will be discounted, and the standalone file manager subscription will be automatically cancelled.

  • No Long-Term Commitments: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. You retain access to plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Trial and Promotions: Trial subscriptions and promotional offers are subject to these guidelines unless otherwise stated in the offer. If you do not cancel during a trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid plan.

Pay-As-You-Go Flex Credits

  • Flex Credits: Purchase credits on demand without a subscription. Flex Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and may be extended for an additional year for a nominal fee of $1.99/year.

  • Revisions and Usage: Flex Credits also include up to 5 free revisions per rendering project.

Managing Your Plan

  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Change your subscription tier at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • Payment Methods: A valid credit or debit card is required for all purchases and renewals.

  • No Refunds: As access is granted instantly, refunds or partial credits for unused plan periods are not offered.
