You retain all rights to your content, images, designs, and project files uploaded or created on Architect Render, subject to the licenses granted for service operation.
By using the platform, you grant Architect Render a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.

Architect Render employs industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security protocols to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Regular security audits and employee confidentiality agreements are in place to enhance user data protection.
3. Cloud-Based Project File Management
Project files can be stored and managed securely in the cloud using Architect Render’s Project File Management system.
Supported formats include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .heic, and other common image types.
You may opt in or out of file management at any time. If you later subscribe to a paid plan, your file management subscription will be adjusted to prevent duplicate charges.
4. Data Access and User Rights
You may access, correct, export, or request the deletion of your personal data and project files at any time, subject to our data retention policies and legal requirements.
Requests can be submitted to support@architectrender.com. Architect Render responds to all valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and support platform operations.
User content and personal information may be deleted upon account termination or after a defined period of inactivity, in accordance with our data retention policy.
6. Prohibited and Sensitive Data
Do not upload sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health or financial info, or data concerning children under 13) unless explicitly requested and permitted.
Prohibited or unlawful content will be removed, and violations may result in account suspension.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Some features may involve processing data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Freepik, Virtual Staging AI, Novita AI) under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
Architect Render does not sell or rent your data to unaffiliated third parties.
8. Legal Compliance
Architect Render may disclose user data if required by law or legitimate legal process.
International data transfers comply with applicable privacy laws and utilize recognized safeguards.
